HartFest 2009

Friday May 15th & Saturday May 16th

The HartFest Beer Olympics will be held on Saturday, May 16th, 2009 starting at 3p.m. followed with an evening of entertainment, food, and festivities. HartFest benefits a number of different organizations. The proceeds from from the Beer Olympics will benefit The Wisconsin Humane Society.

FREE ONE-OF-A-KIND BEER OLYMPICS T-SHIRT FOR ALL TEAMS

The Basics:
— Each team must have 5 members and may be all men, all women, or co-ed. Each member must be over 21 years of age. Proof of age will be required at check-in. All teams will be eligible for prizes in a random drawing. Teams will combat each other in (2) divisions and then the winner of each division will combat each other for the Grand Beer Olympic Champion.

THE DAY OF THE EVENT:
— Teams must sign up before May 9th to get T-shirts. Submit an email to mallory@leffs.com or call Mallory with team T-shirt sizes.
— Teams must check-in at the Beer Olympics table near 70th & State no later than 2:45pm.
